Jacqueline Revis, Esq.

JACQUELINE A. REVIS, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration. Ms. Revis received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Florida Atlantic University, cum laude, where she double-majored in Management and Marketing. She is A.V. rated with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor on the grading scale for lawyers nationwide, and was selected as a “Rising Star” in 2021 by Super Lawyers magazine. Ms. Revis is a member of multiple organizations, including Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, Broward County Bar Association, Broward Attorney’s Real Estate Council (BAREC), and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Ms. Revis enjoys volunteering, and she has served on various charitable committees, such as the American Lung Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar; and she currently serves as President Elect of BAREC. When not practicing law, Ms. Revis can often be found lecturing at various organizations or teaching as an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. In her free time, Ms. Revis and her husband love to play golf and tennis.

Christopher Hervas, Esq.

CHRISTOPHER HERVAS practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate and business transactions. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Hervas received both his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees from Florida International University. He is A.V. rated with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor on their grading scale for lawyers nationwide, and he was selected as a 2021 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Hervas is involved with multiple charitable organizations. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida International University Broward County Alumni Association, where he is also the Secretary for the organization. Additionally, he was previously the Vice President of Events, the Treasurer, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Weston Bar Association. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami Law School. Mr. Hervas is involved with multiple volunteer groups, including PATCHES and the 501st Legion. Mr. Hervas and his wife, Lissy, have three young sons. He is a theme park fanatic, and one can often find him taking his family to Legoland or Disney World.

DR. ADAM SCOTT GOLDBERG, J.D., LL.M, Ed.D

DR. ADAM SCOTT GOLDBERG practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, probate and trust administration and tax-exempt organizations. Mr. Goldberg received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University, his Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami, and his Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is A.V. rated with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor on the grading scale for lawyers nationwide. He has been named as a Super Lawyer in tax every year since 2017, by Thomson Reuters. Mr. Goldberg is the Chairman of the Exempt Organizations Committee of the Florida Bar. He is also the Past President of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Tax Council, the West Broward Estate Planning Council, the Broward Planned Giving Council and the American Lung Association of the Southeast. Mr. Goldberg has authored numerous articles in the areas of estate planning, probate, charitable giving and tax-exempt organizations. Additionally, he frequently lectures on these subjects for groups and organizations, such as the American Cancer Society, the National Safety Council, the Florida Institute of CPA’s, the Miami Police Department, Northern Trust Bank and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Goldberg is an Adjunct Professor at both the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and the University of Miami Law School. In his spare time, Mr. Goldberg and his wife Elena love traveling and cruising.
